My name is Joshua Hodge, and I coordinate a cancer charity bike ride in Bay Minette, AL called RIDEYELLOW. This ride is held annually on the Saturday before Father's Day (June 19,2021). The ride begins at a park called Halliday Park in Bay Minette and starts off with a 6-mile tribute ride. Individuals can choose to participate in only the tribute ride or continue by pedaling the 10, 20, 37 or 62 mile route at their leisure through the beautiful Baldwin County countryside. Rest stops are available along the way and food, beverages and vendor booths are available when riders return to the park. The proceeds from RIDEYELLOW supports Rapahope, a non-profit organization that offers free, year-round recreational and support programs for those with childhood cancer and their families (https://www.rapahope.org/).
