The East Alabama Cycling Club is a collection of riders of all abilities, from the novice enthusiast to the seasoned pro. Through monthly meetings, club rides, and sponsored events we seek to promote a safe and fun atmosphere to grow as a cyclist. The club meets at 7p on the 2nd Monday of the month. Meetings are held at the Church of the Highlands, 323 Airport Rd, Auburn, AL. EACC began in the spring of 2003 to promote cycling and push for a Rails-to-Trails restoration of the railbed that carried the Johnny Ray train between Opelika, Lafayette, and Roanoke in the early 20th century. |
