This New Year’s Day, it’s the annual Æbleskiver Ride.
Meet at our house (647 Shawnee St., Auburn) at 10:00 a.m. for a ride around town, then join us afterwards at home for æbleskivers (Danish pancake balls).
The route will be 10 to 15 miles, with shorter options for those who like. Or do a longer ride if you like; we’ll keep the stove on for ya.
If you’d rather not ride, join us to eat. There will be non-riders in the house while others are riding. We should be back and eating by 11:30 or so.
