Join us this Monday, May 14, 2012 from 7-9p at Church of the Highlands (323 Airport Rd, Auburn AL).  Joe will be joining us to talk about the team and professional racing.

May EACC meeting

My dear fellow EACCers -

We've scored a coup for the upcoming meeting and I wanted everyone to know so they could clear their calendars and be sure to attend. Joe Eldridge, late of Auburn and now a world-class professional bike racer, will be in attendance and available to answer your questions. If you aren't familiar, Joe is co-founder of Team Type 1 and currently races all over the world on their professional squad (you can visit http://www.teamtype1.org for more details).

They aren't just pro bikers, they also spread awareness of diabetes and raise money to assist people dealing with the disease the world over. I hope you get a chance to come hear a first hand account of Joe's experiences at our next EACC meeting, Monday 14 May, 7:00 PM at the Church of the Highlands.

I'd also like to extend my personal thanks to Jason Clark for arranging this wonderful opportunity.
