Second Sunday Ride -- Kymulga Grist Mill

This very scenic ride starts and finishes at the Kymulga Grist Mill Park. Operated by the Childersburg Historic Preservation Commission, the Park includes the historic grist mill, covered bridge, nature trails, camp site, and more.

Two ride options: 22 miles (flat and rolling) and 33 miles (flat and more rolling). Quiet roads with nice scenery. Afterwards, explore the Park.

Date: Sunday, 13.
Time: 9:00 AM
Meet at: Auburn High School at 9:00 AM to carpool to Childersburg or at the Kymulga Grist Mill Park at 10:30 AM.
Road conditions: All paved. Any bikes/tires are good.
Bring: Water. Snacks. Treasure for eatin' afterwards. Admission to the Kymulga Grist Mill Park is $3 per person.

For lunch, the Aspen Grill. A family-style, all-you-can-eat Sunday dinner for $15 (cash or check, no plastic). Recommended by locals, our Second Sunday scouting team tried it out recently and was blown away by the meal.
